3T Global is a digital learning and workforce compliance platform used by energy giants like BP, Chevron, and Siemens. To support their new scalable 3TX system, Systango led a complex data migration from legacy systems, ensuring real-time performance, auditability, and future-ready infrastructure.
Objectives
3T’s legacy Classic platform used tenant-specific schemas, creating inconsistencies across TMS, LMS, and CMS systems. Migrating mission-critical training, competency, and workforce data to a microservices-based architecture required overcoming data drift, schema mismatches, and cross-system dependencies.
Our solution
We designed and executed a 3-phase, event-driven migration strategy using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and SQL stored procedures. Our process included automated validation, standardized mappings, real-time event triggering, and performance monitoring in AWS CloudWatch.
