Vinita Rathi, Systango CEO, Conferred With “CEO WITH HR ORIENTATION AWARD”

Mrs Vinita Rathi, CEO, Systango Group, has been bestowed with the “CEO with HR Orientation” award at the 18th edition of the Asia Pacific HRM Congress at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru on September 17th 2019.
CEO with HR Orientation Award is the highest honour congress confers to the CEO who builds HR into the fabric of the business, a visionary & future stick. Vinita has joined the ranks of CMD of The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd, CEO of Karnataka Bank, CMD of Western Coalfields Ltd., and MD of Cinepolis (India), who have received the same award in previous years.
Asia Pacific HRM Congress recognized her efforts in building sustainable leadership pipeline in organization, investing in initiatives for women empowerment, social change and for being an instrument of influence in society.
Vinita, a recognized 40 under 40 young business leader, along with an influential orator, is a very active member of the Women in Tech community, having founded Women Hack for Non Profits and Women Who Code London she intends to make a difference in people’s lives. Systango intends to contribute 1% of their yearly profit in sponsoring the education of the underprivileged kids. The aim is to not only fund the education but influence and help children build their career by pairing them with a mentor who they can relate to and follow as a role model.
On this occasion, she thanked Systango team for enabling her for what she has been able to do and for everything Systango has been able to accomplish in the last few years. She strongly believes in “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
